At Toy Streak, we strive to deliver your orders safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery times, and shipping-related matters for our RC car products.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time

We currently ship orders across Pakistan. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) 3–5 business days
Other Areas & Remote Locations 5–7 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs depend on your location and order weight.

  • The exact delivery fee will appear during checkout.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or during special campaigns.

4. Failed Deliveries & Reshipment

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, you may be asked to pay an additional shipping charge for reshipment.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will help you file a claim with the courier service and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.
