At Toy Streak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer exchanges, we do accept returns under certain conditions. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

✔ Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Condition: The RC Car must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ Shipping Back: Customers are responsible for returning the product to our address.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Ship the Product: Pack the RC Car securely and ship it to our address.

3. Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it.

4. Approval or Rejection:

   • If the product is in its original condition, we will approve the return.

   • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or mishandling, the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you.

5. Refund Process: If approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
