What product do you sell?
Toy Streak offers one exclusive product — our high-performance Remote-Controlled Car with Mist Spray, designed for fun, excitement, and a unique driving experience for all ages.
How can I place an order?
Simply visit our website, select the RC Car with Mist Spray, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 days, depending on your location in Pakistan.
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. If the item is found to be mishandled or used, the return will not be approved.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return an eligible product and place a new order if needed.
How do I request a return?
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to return the RC car in its original condition to our address. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
What if my RC car arrives damaged?
If your product is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review and provide a suitable solution.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan. International delivery is not available right now.
